We also have an unscented option if you do not want lavender in the product. 

How to Use:

As a sleep aid, you can either spray or rub it underneath your feet before bed. For muscle pain/tension, you can spray it directly onto the affected area.

* Because Magnesium Spray has a high magnesium content, tingly/itchiness may occur if you are magnesium deficient. Start with a few spritz on your feet or any area affected daily. Never spray on fresh shaved skin.

This spray can also be used as a deodorant. Magnesium oil spray can be used as a natural deodorant because it helps to control body odor by combating the bacteria that cause odor.

How to Use: 

To use a magnesium oil spray as a deodorant, simply spray a small amount onto your underarms and let it dry. You may also want to give it a quick massage to help it absorb into the skin. It's important to note that some people may experience some irritation or a tingling sensation when first using magnesium oil, so it's a good idea to test it on a small area before using it regularly.
